Description DKC-12B Stepper Motor Pulse Controller For sale DKC-1B Industrial Stepper Motor Pulse Controller which allow manual operation of a single open loop or closed loop stepper motor. It allow variable speed and forward/backward direction control. It also include limit switch function. A stepper motor driver is required to connect stepper motor to this conroller, please note. Stepper motor driver and stepper motor must be bought separately . Controller’s functions • Automatic Round-Trip Mode: After the controller is triggered and started ,the motor automatically moves back and forth between the FWD and REV limits until the trigger input is stopped. • Single Trigger Mode: Once triggered, the motor rotates forward until it reaches the FWD limit, where it stops. It remains in this position until the Start button is pressed again, triggering a reverse rotation that stops at the REV limit. Each trigger initiates a single rotation cycle until the FWD limit switch is activated. • Single Round-Trip Mode: After triggering, the motor rotates forward until it reaches the FWD limit, then reverses automatically until the REV limit is reached, and resumes forward rotation. It continues until manually stopped by pressing the Stop button. • Jog Mode: When Start button is pressed and hold, the motor rotates forward. release Start button stops the motor. Similarly, prassing Stop button initiates reverse rotation, which stops when Stop button is released. Controller supports mechanical 2-pin NO mechanical endstop switches, proximity 3-pin NPN, NO sensors and photoelectric sensors. Controller support external speed regulation potentiometer, speed can be set up differently for forward and backward direction. NOTE!
