ALSO AVAILABLE AS RENTAL percussion ensemble arrangement available band arrangement available The original percussion ensemble version of Night Ride was completed in August 2005 and was dedicated to Kazunori Meguro and the students at Showa Academy of the Arts in Atsugi, Japan. It was scored for solo timpanist and four percussionists playing two marimbas, a vibraphone, tuned gongs, a glockenspiel and a suspended cymbal. The orchestration was completed in September 2007 and the concert band arrangement was made in May 2010. About the music, the composer offers the following verse. An ode to those who ride the night: Imagination shines their light, A torch that renders darkness bright, Revealing wonder through its might. 76 page score, arranged for full orchestra (26 parts)
