Handcrafted Dainty Fine Silver Botanical Wild-Flower Drop Earrings

This pair of totally unique, handmade fine silver (99.9%) circular drop earrings were made using silver metal clay and feature a gentle imprint of a Hawthorn leaf and a hint of hawthorn blossom picked from the spring hedgerows of the South Downs in Hampshire where I live.  The imprint has been gently aged to subtly highlight the imprint detail and the back of the earring is hammered to give added sparkle. The imprinted discs are hung from sterling silver hooks.  The end result is a pair of solid yet lightweight silver earrings, one a kind, hugged by nature, hand crafted with love and ready to wear with pretty much anything! Dimensions;  Solid fine silver discs measure 1.3cm in diameter x 1mm depth; Total drop from top of hook approx. 3.2cm; Hook – solid sterling silver All of the imprint jewellery that I make, including these earrings, are similar in design, yet totally unique because no two plants, leaves or imprints are ever the same.  Each ‘pair’ is therefore not an exact match. The earrings will arrive wrapped in pale green tissue paper fastened with linen thread, and in a kraft pillow-box.  A little handwritten note explaining a bit about the piece is also included.
