A2618 material has high-temperature strength making it possible to make the wall thinner, resulting in weight reduction. Precise machining has eliminated excess material, achieving weight reduction. Our bridge structure has increased structural rigidity and achieved weight reduction. The cooling oil from the three oil jets is efficiently guided through the piston to optimal locations, ensuring effective cooling. The area above the top ring groove has been nickel-plated to improve knock resistance and wear resistance. The use of a two-layer coating has improved for seizure resistance and lower friction. The weight of the port has been reduced by shortening the piston pin. The top ring has been titanium-coated to improve durability. The edges that are prone to becoming heat spots have been carefully removed by machining. Triple Tumble Crown Structure The tumble flow distribution within the combustion chamber has been refined to minimize the likelihood of knocking. The central protrusion of the piston directs the incoming air from the intake port into two distinct area, creating tumble flows that enhance the mixing of fuel and air. As the piston rises, a third tumble flow forms on the central intake side, helping flames that ignite near the outer edge of the intake side (an area prone to knocking) spread quickly, thereby reducing the risk of knocking. ■CONROD We use machined I-Beam connecting rods made of nickel-chrome steel. 25% strength increase over the OEM product.
